John Zeledon

Chief Executive

Before forming OneEleven, John Zeledon held the position of Managing Director with two of the most dominant and well-respected development companies within the multifamily sector— Trammell Crow Residential and Alliance Residential.

During his 25-year career, Mr. Zeledon has developed a wide range of product types, including affordable, garden, townhouse, high-density, affordable senior, single family (rental), and mixed-use. Most notably, he developed the first DualDeck multifamily community which was featured by the Multifamily Executive as the cover story of the November/December 2017 issue.

Zeledon received an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
