Erik Halverson

Managing Partner

Erik Halverson is Managing Partner at OneEleven Residential and is responsible for sourcing, capitalizing, and developing new multifamily projects. Prior to OneEleven, Erik was actively involved in the development of more than 2,300 multifamily units spanning garden, mid-rise, and high-rise product types. Most recently, Erik served as Vice President & Development Partner for Jefferson Apartment Group’s Florida division. He began his multifamily development career at Picerne Real Estate Group and prior to that was in the construction industry.

Erik earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
